Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Philippines-based Operations Manager, you will lead the Recruitment and Experience teams to deliver exceptional operational results. You will act as the vital bridge between front-line execution and strategic leadership. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and Coach: Conduct daily check-ins and provide real-time coaching to recruiters and account managers to build their autonomy and skill sets.
- Manage Escalations: Act as the first point of contact for operational challenges, resolving client and candidate issues with sound judgment.
- Drive Quality: Monitor performance metrics and quality indicators to ensure consistent delivery excellence across the team.
- Operational Reporting: Maintain live tracking systems for escalation trends and provide concise monthly insights to senior leadership.
- Process Optimization: Identify patterns in operational blockers and implement proactive improvements to team workflows.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3–5+ years in operations, client services, account management, or similar client-facing leadership roles.
- Leadership Skills: A proven track record of coaching front-line staff and developing team capabilities rather than just directing tasks.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to remain calm under pressure and make autonomous decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for handling difficult client conversations and internal reporting.
- Adaptability: Experience thriving in smaller, nimble environments where resourcefulness and a "can-do" attitude are essential.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in the recruitment or BPO/Outsourcing industry.
- Familiarity with visual data tracking and performance visualization tools.
- Previous experience reporting directly to C-suite or executive-level leadership.
